Doll not included, just modeling.
Good condition. Shoes have wear to oilcloth, but snap closures are nice. Thinking you might be able to repaint to spruce up if you were bothered by the wear. I was able to slide onto dolls feet without having to unsnap, which is nice to be able to protect snaps. Please see all pix as they serve as part of description.
