Vintage Vogue Toddles Dolls Dutch Boy and Girl Composition GUC with Boxes 40s

For sale is a pair of vintage Toddles composition dolls made by Vogue in the early 40s. Included is a Dutch boy and girl and their original boxes. Both are in good used condition. Both have some crazing to their faces, the boy more so than the girl. They are in their original outfits except the boy is not wearing his original hat. Their stringing is in good condition. The boy's shoes have a date inscribed on the bottom. I'm unsure if this was done by the original owner or at Vogue. They both measure about 8" tall. Their boxes are heavily worn from age and it appears they have some water damage. Overall these rare dolls are in great shape and would look wonderful displayed in your Toddles or Ginny collection!
