I am downsizing a collection of Vogue Ginny and Jill Doll clothes and one Ginny early Toddles doll, check my store for great dolls and other items.
This is a vintage Vogue Jill and Jan doll DRESS from circa 1958.    Red Sailor dress from Outfit #3166 as seen in reference book. Has a full skirt and bodice with a sailor type collar and nice white trim. White satin ribbon ties at neck. Vogue Tag inside.
I've read these dresses Fit  10" Jill and Jan and other same size dolls like Little Miss Revlon, Coty Girl, American Character Toni and other teenage fashion dolls with this body type. Not an expert on this era of dolls so buyer must know if they will fit their doll. See photos for measurements please.
This dress has not been laundered, I would advise by hand and iron to freshen.
Vintage used condition but very nice
