Vintage Vogue Ginny Betsy McCall Multicolor Dress

Doll collectors here is a HTF multicolor dress for ?Vogue Ginny or Betsy McCall?
I believe this is for a doll about 11 inches tall.
Pretty colors of green, orange, yellow and white in a crazy quilt pattern.
Collar does have a brown spot-see pics.
Sleeves are  a pouf design with lace trim.
Shirt is lined with white liner trimmed with lace. There is a pin that has rusted a bit that I did not remove.
A single metal snap closure at back-intact!
There is a tag inside "Taiwan".
