o  This vintage Ginny dress has a skinny "Vogue" tag.  It is a red dotted dimity with white lace trim.   It has a ribbon sash that ties into a bow in the back. It closes with a hook and eye. The bloomers match the dress and I carefully replaced the elastic so that they fit Ginny well.  I found no holes or tears.
o  I made the red ribbon hair bow that attaches with a pin.
