This is a vintage plastic crystal-look cake stand. There are two pieces so the pedestal can be removed and it can be used as a cake plate. Measurements are 13" in diameter and 3-1/2" high. Lots of scratches and scuffs but still pretty and will make a nice presentation. Please take a look at the pictures and email me if I can answer any questions.
