This is a lovely Tuscan China, Made in England, 9 inch square cake or cookie plate with a central tulip design, sprigs of flowers around the outer edge, and highlighted with a gold scalloped edge. This is circa 1920s.
In very good to excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
