These fit only certain cartridge systems be sure these match the material packaging from which you are dispensing. Works with most JB WELD cartridge systems that have the screw off or “Re-sealable” closures. Double check!!!!
The SULZER B Series static mixers us a unique attachment system keeping each part of the two-part adhesive completely separate until they are mixed within the nozzle. This removes the possibility of cross contamination and greatly reduces plugged nozzles.
The MBQX nozzle is great for high viscosity adhesives and high pressure dispensing. The MBQX is a turbo mixer giving greater mixing in a shorter length allowign users to get closer to the substrates they are bonding.
The MBQX static mixer comes with a Luer Lock tip allowing for the use of many varieties and sizes of needles and tips for optimal dispensing. The MBQX Mixer is to be used with Sulzer B System components.
