We are offering another  beautiful and rather rare to find hard plastic sleep eye 1952 Strung Vogue Ginny doll Square Dancer #53 Iva in her blue/pink/green/white floral dress that is one of the unique variations of some of the more common prints that were made by Vogue and have been documented in a few of the reference books on Ginny.  We have been collecting for a very long time and this is only the 2nd time we have come across this print and blue color.  Many collectors love to collect the rare variations and it is now time for her to find a new home where she can continue to be enjoyed.  She even has her elusive A Vogue Doll on one side and "Iva" on the other silver foil wrist tag.    She is a very pretty excellent plus to near mint doll ready to be displayed and enjoyed.  Please view all the photos to see if she isn't one you might want to add to your collection or a special doll for a loved one.  Our photos really don't do her justice although we took several in various light settings.  We think she is much nicer in person.
You can see an example of Iva  in the newest reference book by Barbara Clark entitled "The Colorful World of Ginny" on page 83,  depending on what edition you have,  and also some of the variations of some of the square dancer outfits in the variation section of that same reference book.
You are bidding on a beautiful Iva Ginny square dancer doll, complete, correct and a very pretty and rarer color variation than most.  She retains her "Iva" silver  wrist tag marked on one side "Iva" and the other "A Vogue Doll"; true factory 1950's tag.  A complimentary replica square dancer tag is included for display.  This Iva variation may be, to most, a stand out in a collection for those especially who love the more unique with so much going for her.  Please take a close look and see if she isn't one you might enjoy.  She will come to you packaged in a silver gift box so you can store her in when not on display and will protect her during her journey to her new home.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Ginny is an 8" hard plastic strung doll marked on her back Vogue Doll.  She has no cracks, no repairs, other than having to be restrung due to old rubber band stringing getting old and loose.  All fingers intact with no breaks.   A very pretty  lush blonde braided hair Ginny retaining her thick full vintage original factory wig.  Her hair retains the original style and is clean and may have a few typical stray hairs.  Braids are thick and full and hair is a gorgeous blonde (some photos may make it look a bit more yellow than in person) and very clean, no glue residue.     She has pretty  blue eyes that do need assistance to open and close; common and acceptable to most collectors.  Her brows and lashes are nice and visible (medium tosca) and have no touchups, no alterations.  She has nice factory rosy cheek coloring with no scuffs or scraps and no redo's, guaranteed!  Ginny comes to you wearing her wonderful white  eyelet trimmed and accented with black ribbons square dancer dress (untagged but guaranteed Vogue factory).  Appears never washed, never ironed and never repaired dress; excellent body to the fabric.  The whites are white, beautiful medium blue tiny floral print (see photos), so sweet and unique.
All ribbons intact decorating her dress including the long one at waist which can be tied in front or around and in back

Her matching white panties have great elastic in waist and legs; crisp and white and match the lining of her dress as  issued.  She wears black original center snap oil cloth shoes and white socks; snaps have no repairs and are holding well; still in nice overall condition.   Iva will arrive with a complimentary doll stand that is an original Vogue 1950's stand so you can display her right away.
