We are offering another early adorable sleep eye hard plastic strung Vogue Ginny Crib Crowd hard plastic baby doll from 1949-50 named NANCY #30, she is from the Crib Crowd Series of dolls  wearing her original and complete tagged outfit with elusive and so hard to find rubber/plastic pants.
Ginny Nancy is marked on her back Vogue Doll, hard plastic and may have  been restrung due to old rubber bands drying out which is very typical and acceptable to the majority of collectors.  She is 7 1/2-8" with adorable curved baby legs; all factory issued and no replacements.   She has beautiful lush early synthetic caracul wig that they produced and used on the early crib crowd baby dolls.  It is quite full and thick and has not been restyled.  Color is a medium blonde, some photos may make it look lighter.  There is no ugly dark glue residue you find on some of the early caracul dolls and saran wigged dolls.  She has nice visible fine line lashes and brows just as they produced her during that time.  She has the sweeter face too and not the scowling ones sometimes you find with the heavier brows/lashes that takes away from the baby look.  She is a very pretty baby that is ready to find a new home.
Nancy comes to you wearing her darling factory outfit, tagged,  and oh those so hard to find original plastic/rubber pants that appear to have never been off her; elastic in waist and legs is nice and taught on her and not stretched out.  Her  dotted swiss dress with attached cotton slip is so darling in pink with pink bow decorations and lace that is drawn together with a small string; just the way it was made from the factory.  Outfit is tagged as you can see in our photos.  Outfit is clean and a very pretty shade of pink dotted swiss with no stains and has nice body to the fabric.  No tears, no repairs and is a true factory outfit.  Ginny crib crowd Nancy  wears her Vogue rayon socks tied with little pink ribbons what was referred to as booties that keep her toes warm.  These early dolls with the rubber pants most often wore the booties (socks with ribbon ties) rather than center snap shoes.   The crib crowd dolls did not come in many outfits, this is one of the pretty full outfits that they dressed the CC and named her Nancy and coordinated the hair bow with the outfit she wore.  She had sisters like Sally, Judy and others we will be posting from our collection too so please check back often.   Vogue made only a handful of outfits for the crib crowd dolls and named them and sold as dressed dolls.
You rarely find the crib crowds in there original clothing and in addition the rarest, their rubber/plastic pants.
If you love the early Vogue crib crowds in their full and fancy outfits, and pink is a favorite color; maybe she is just the one for you.  She is ready to find a new home and be enjoyed and we don't think you will have to make any apologies, she is sweet.  Nancy is all baby, all Crib Crowd and looking forward to traveling.  She will come to you with her small vintage ring with bell (rattle) and her little duckie.
A special doll that is looking for a new owner to cherish and enjoy her like we have for many years.
