We are offering a cute vintage early strung Vogue Ginny hard plastic doll from 1950 Character Group named Cowboy.  You can see reference to him in the Barbara Clark latest Ginny reference book entitled Colorful World of Ginny.  This cutie still retains his beautiful tosca hair factory wig that has the elastic still around it; no elastic residue but we'll leave that to the new owner to remove if they desire.  It, to us, shows that he really wasn't handled too much as far as play goes.  This cowboy Ginny is in excellent overall condition (our opinion) but please take a look at all the photos and see what you think.  A cutie ready to find a new home.
Ginny Cowboy is hard plastic, painted eye, marked on his back Vogue doll. He has been restrung as his old rubber band stringing got tired and loose.  Now you don't have to worry about him falling apart while on display.  There are no breaks and no repairs other that him being restrung.  All fingers intact with no cracks, no splits.  Ginny Cowboy wears his complete outfit, one piece cowboy outfit with caracul chaps attached to a flannel shirt, black original leather attached belt (shows a bit of wear but still displays nicely), mock leather decorated vest, original yellow ribbon scarf, red cowboy hat (excellent) and black center snap oil cloth shoes with white socks.  In some photos we see there were cuffs that matched the vest.  He does not have them and am not sure there were any attached as we don't see any indication there was but we want to mention just the same.   Some photos of the Cowboy from this year shows variations in hat color and shoe color as often seen in some of the dressed dolls Vogue offered.  He came to us with no shoes.  Sometimes you see him with fuzzy boots, other times CS and different colors.  He is wearing his nice pair of black CS with strong snap attachments, no repairs.  This fellow is ready to hit the trail to his new home and hope you find a special place for him in your collection.
Loved and taken care of well; we hope he finds a new home where he can be enjoyed  or passed on as a gift to someone special.
