    This is a Steris model BF214 patient transfer board for  Amsco/Steris  operating room tables.  This unit definitely works with the Amsco/Steris models 3080 and 3085, and may work with others also. This device is in fair to good condition - fabric is worn on the corners and should most likely be replaced.  This device measures approximately 21.5 inches wide by 38 inches in length.  A 4" pad is included with this device.  The pad attaches to the unit with velcro.
