    The Ridgid No 104 3/4 inch Close Quarters Tubing Cutter 32985 for Small Diameter pipe. The No 104 Close Quarters Tubing Cutter will cut pipes that are in confined spaces. The 104 Cutter was designed to get into restricted spaces and cut soft or hard copper, brass, plastic tubing, and aluminum. Just put the pipe and line the cutting wheel to where you want to make your cut. Turn the knob till cutting wheel is making contact with the tube. Then rotate the Cutter around the pipe and make sure your cut is straight. Tighten down on the feeder knob to press the cutting wheel against the tube.
