Used in conjunction with tone generator, the 200EP permits wire and cable identification without the need for direct metallic contact with the conductor.

Powerful receiver gain permits accurate identification in even the most congested cable bundles and equipment rooms.

Includes a powerful, two inch speaker and a recessed, on/off push button control.

200EP includes an LED for visual signal strength indication.
·
200EP offers adjustable volume control for more precise identification when tone signal “bleed” is affecting the identification process.

200EP includes recessed tabs for butt-set or headset connection.

Tracer 2 Model 77HP Tone Generator
.The Tracer 2 Models 77HP Tone Test Set are housed in a high impact plastic case measuring 1¼” x2”x2 ¼“ weighing 5 ounces.

Powered by one 9-volt battery.

Standard test leads include red and black rubber insulated test clips and a snag-proof 4-con-ductor modular cord and plug.

In addition to the test lead strain relief, all models provide a durable lanyard for carrying or hanging the tester.

A three-position toggle switch controls the modes of operation and two (2) bi-colored Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) display line polarity for Lines 1 and 2.

The tone and continuity test functions are only applied to Line 1 using the modular plug.

A tone selector switch located inside each unit, may be used to select a fast or slow warble tone output.

The Tracer 2 models are compatible with all common Central Office Switching Systems and the out-put tone is isolated from DC voltages
