The 14 day refund policy is ONLY for items Not As Described. We try our best to resolve any issues as fast as possible. Please contact us right away if there are any issues with your purchase.  At that time, if warranted, we will authorize the return of the item.
No items will be accepted without prior authorization and the item must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date.
When we receive the returned item, inspect it, and it is found to be in the same condition that we shipped it in (brand new, unused, in the original packaging with tag attached) then we will request a cancellation of the transaction through ebay.  Once the item is cancelled, your refund will be given. Refunds are less original cost to ship the product(this includes free shipping items) unless the mistake was made by the seller.   Any other authorized returns will receive a 20% restocking fee.
Returns that have any signs of use or handling will NOT be accepted and no refund will be given.
We are not responsible for pictures shown incorrectly on your monitor.  No refunds will be given for incorrect fit, color, or buyer’s remorse.
