We ship our tables using Air Economy shipping and includes delivery to your door. This is a free service already included in the price of the product. We handle all the shipping responsibilities from the factory to your door to include the customs brokerage services required for entry into your country. Our shipping time is usually 5 - 10 business days.
Customs Duties and Tax for U.S. Customers has a 25% increase on our total item price for Customs Taxes. Be informed!
Customs duties and tax fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be invoiced at the time of the customs clearance into your country. Deliveries that require a lift gate for unloading (this would be where there is no loading dock or fork lift services) will have a .00 lift gate charge applied.
Return Policy on Special Order Items:
Our new surgical tables are *Special Order* items and come with a One Year parts warranty and technical support. Returns are accepted on our special-order items for incorrect item received for 14 days from day of delivery. Returns are also accepted on our special-order items in the event of shipping damaged that cannot be repaired within 14 days from delivery date.
We do not take returns on "*Special Orders*" in general for changed your mind about your purchase and we're very strict about that. There is a 20% restocking fee applied for any authorized returns that are accepted.
