o  I believe this is a Nancy Ann Muffie dress. It also fits a vintage Ginny.  It has a design of turquoise and black checks with lime green rick-rack trim.  The sleeves are sheer with lace edging that matches the lace on the neckline that goes down the back.  It has an attached white slip and closes with a donut snap in the back.  I found no holes or tears.
o  The vintage lime green bloomers have stretchy elastic.
o  I made the small lime green hair bow that attaches with a pin.
