The chair has power base up/ down , the backrest and foot rest and manual. They are raised and lowered by pressing a lever attached to a pneumatic cylinder . The 421H also swivels and has an automatic break to
    Hold it into desired position .
    We can reupholster the chairs to any color , let us know and we will send you a color chart , or you can take them as is . Upholstery is extra and not included in the listing price .
