Midmark Anniversary Edition Model 419 Power Examination Chair With Foot Control.  In good working condition.  Foot pad is missing.  Everything adjusts properly.  The chair makes a squeal when it is up at the highest height.  Does not affect its function.  The upholstery is in good condition,  no flaws.  Head rest adjusts manually and easy to adjust.   Stirrups are in good condition.   Please look closely at all the pictures.  I am selling this unit as I have described it. This unit is big and will need to be truck shipped on a pallet. You can pickup this equipment in Springfield, MO at no charge. I get discounts thru several different trucklines and will pass that onto you. There is a packing charge for materials and time to pack this on a pallet (I pad, box, shrinkwrap and band to a pallet). I pack the item(s) well.
