o  This vintage Striped Dress has a Medford Mass tag.  It has a lime green bodice with a black bow and black belt that buckles in the back.  The skirt area and shoulder straps are multi-color stripes.  The skirt area is a waffle-weave type of fabric.  It closes with a hook and bar.  I found no holes or tears.
o  The vintage bloomers match the lime green on the dress and has stretchy elastic.
o  I made the lime green ribbon hair bow that attaches with a pin.
