These were purchased at an electronics wholesale company liquidation last year, and they were brand new in the original bulk factory boxes.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  German quality all around with these; lightly chamfered on both interior and exterior edges, passivate finish over solid stainless steel.  Expiration date on the boxes was December 12, 2016; although it escapes us how something made totally from stainless steel ever "expires."
