Kinetec CPM Knee Control Remote Untested

Acquired from a storage sale close to home.  Condition is used and untested.  Please refer to the photos to hopefully get a general idea of state.  The black residuals is not paint but feel more rubbery and comes off when rubbed.  I will leave it up to the buyer to clean it.  If you have questions, please ask.  Shipping is via USPS only within the US.   Thanks for stopping by!
