    Description

Jake's Emecole 300 Dual Epoxy Dispensing Tool. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  Contractor quality tool.  Used for waterproofing foundations.  Works fine.  Compare with new Jake Tool price of 0.  Tool designed to dispense 300 ML/ 22 ounce cartridges or a 300 ML and a 150 ML cartridge (w/ supplied plunger disc installed).
Spring loaded plungers provide necessary 20 to 40 PSI for injection into cracks. Ensures cracks are fully filled.
Interchangeable plungers allow the Emecole Metro Jake 300 Gun to be used with all Emecole Metro dual cartridge formulated materials for crack injection and carbon fiber product installations, resulting in less equipment costs.
Contractor grade quality minimizes wear and tear. Built for years of use.
The Emecole "Jake" 300 utilizes a high performance trigger mechanism which actuates a compression spring. Together, they extend the force which results in the continuous flow of material from the cartridges(s) through the static mixer. This continuous flow overcomes mixing problems which may otherwise occur in systems using static mixers. These problems typically arise from the pulsating flow resulting from the use of conventional trigger mechanisms as the sole source of power. The force generated by the spring mechanism can also be adjusted to best shift the flow and power requirements of specific application simply by changing spring tensions.
The drive rod and push rods in the Emecole "Jake" 300 are in-line. This optimizes the power generated by the trigger mechanism and eliminates twisting of the system, associated with push rods being not in-line with the drive rod. The Emecole "Jake" 300 can be adapted to any ratio and cartridge size associated with cartridges offered by Plas-Pak (Ratio-Pak and System II). This is accomplished simply by changing plungers. No adjustment of rod re-positioning is needed, making all repair jobs more efficient for basement waterproofing and concrete crack repair professionals.
