This doll is hard vinyl, and made by very famous Heidi Ott. I think she's from Switzerland, not sure.
This doll is not her best, I don't like the dress but she has a charming body and is sturdy. The clothes can be altered to be better. If I were going to keep her I would use a permanent fine lined Sharpie in light brown and draw a few lines to her hair and soften her features. Her eyes need not be so piercing and adult! If you buy her and trust me I will do it for you but I need your permission.
The dress has elastic at the neck and enables Ginny to hold her in her hand!
