It is the dress and bloomers with the Medford tag.
It’s in good played with condition, no stains or rips, hook and eye work and still most of the stretch left in the bloomers.
Comes with the matching robe (slightly lighter color than dress) also has a Medford tag, and other items you see in the picture.
