When it pushes up to the product in the tube it starts to skip and backs off and you have to start over and it does it continusily

Needed this to fully caulk the inside of a C1D1 room for our new extractor. Worked like a charm and cut down the work time by 90%. I already had the necessary battery and was able to complete the entire room with one charge

I purchased this product with the intent to repair my craftsman caulking gun. All the components were the same except the terminals that connect to the battery so I replaced them and put them in the craftsman housing and it works great and uses my battery so no extra charging unit required. Thanks.

A bit of an extravagance, but l made good use fitting a large shower screen. Trigger is over sensitive, you have familiarise yourself. Easy to use one handed, but have a piece of tissue and an area of kitchen roll read for post use discharge, it drips like .... due to residual pressure on the tube. If you are fitting windows, or caulking base boards or facial, ideal, so I suppose it does what it says on the packet. Invest in kitchen roll take time to practice with it.
This unit is not suited for small jobs.

I think this gun is best suited for very large jobs, I'm resealing my RV, the lowest discharge rate is to much for small beads. I went back to my hand unit for small jobs.The unit has variable speed, however the lowest setting is still to fast. Every time I start or back off the trigger the flow stops but does not start again till it builds pressure, (it lags) then the flow starts and continues to build over about 5 seconds, not an even discharge.The plunger is not rigid, cocks in tube and releases product inside of tube.
