Instructions for use:
1. First, install the saw blade on the motor spindle with the wrench provided with the machine,
2. Insert the power cord into the jack on the right side of the machine and connect it to the power socket,
3. Hang the dust box on the rear side of the machine,
4. Turn on the right power switch. At this time, the switch light is on, the auxiliary line is on, and the machine is in the machine state,
5. Press down the platform and rotate the saw blade. At the same time, adjust the dust suction through the right knob. The larger the suction, the greater the noise. It can be adjusted appropriately according to the specific use situation,
6. Put the gypsum model on the platform, adjust the position according to the auxiliary line, press the model and the platform tightly, and slowly press the platform to complete the mold separation,
7. After working for a period of time, the dust box needs to be cleaned. Pull the bottom of the dust box backward, then lift the dust box upward, remove the dust box, twist the triangular screw, remove the mesh plate, pour out the dust, use the air gun to blow outward from the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and hang it again after cleaning.
Precautions:
1. Do not hit the saw blade, otherwise the SAW seam will be widened and the gypsum model cannot be used.
2. The dust removal motor will generate heat during operation and needs to be cooled by air. The filter cartridge in the dust box must be cleaned regularly to ensure air permeability, otherwise the motor will fail due to poor heat dissipation.
