Bag of 25 "EPX" disposable mixing nozzles (OEM), 3M PN 7360623
designed only for the
ORIGINAL WHITE CAP FORMAT/FITTING
of the 3M Scotch-Weld Duo-Pak cartridges. Sizes serviced are:
OLD
50mL (1.7 oz,
1:1 ratio
), OLD 37mL (1.25oz,
2:1 ratio
) and the current 43mL (1.43 oz,
2:3 ratio
).
Note:
Do
not
use this nozzle with any of the
larger 3M
200 mL & 400 mL cartridges. Do
not
use on
10:1 ratios
cartridges such as
the
35 mL or 45mL size cartridges. When in doubt, questions are
encouraged!
>>>3M has changed the cap fitting to gray on most 37 and 50 mL cartridges with 1:1 and 2:1 ratio. Do
no
t use this nozzle for the current gray capped
cartridges
. Failure to identify the correct cap opening correctly
will delay

The new cap opening will be wider and is the new standard.
Can be used with the current DP-2216 (EC-2216) 43 mL Duo Pak.
Nozzle no longer have the familiar "
red
" pre-mixer at the base.
Nozzles provide thorough mixing and precise placement of two part adhesives and potting compounds.
Measures about 6-7/8" long. Operator can incrementally cut off the end of the tip to adjust flow & bead size
.
