    Photoresistors FSK-2 are designed for use as receivers and sensors of optical radiation in the composition of optical-electronic equipment, systems of photovoltaic automation and telemechanics, counting and measuring and exposure devices.
    Can be used in DC, AC and pulse current circuits.
    Available in plastic housing.
    The main technical parameters of the photoresistor FSC-2:
    • Operating voltage - DC voltage, at which nominal values of its parameters are provided: 50 V;
    • Light current - current flowing through the photoresistor at operating voltage and exposure to radiation flux of given intensity and spectral distribution: at least 300 μA;
    • Dark current - current flowing through the photoresistor at operating voltage in the absence of radiation flow in the spectral sensitivity range: not more than 15 μA;
    • Dark resistance - the resistance of the photoresistor in the absence of radiation incident on it in the range of its spectral sensitivity: at least 3.3 mOhm;
    • Resistance variation multiplicity - photoresistor resistance ratio when exposed to radiation flux: at least 20;
    • Current decay time constant - the time during which the light current decreases to a value of 37% of the maximum during darkening of the photoresistor: not more than 140 ms;
    • Current rise time constant - the time during which the light current increases to a value of 63% of the maximum at a rectangular shape of a single pulse of light: not more than 140 ms
