    Description

    This is a 1956 "Hi...I'm Ginny" brochure from Vogue. It has eight folded pages. It's mostly in one piece, there is a 1” separation on one of the folds and a little bit of wear on the cover. You may notice some penciled-in check marks by some items: that was a tip I provided for Santa as a ten-year-old. (I don't remember if Santa paid any attention to my notations or not).
    In the early 1950s, my best friend's mother worked at the Vogue factory in Medford MA, not far from my house. She often used to bring me Ginny outfits from that factory, and I would play with them with great loving care. My Ginny days are over now, and I am finding new homes for these Ginny and Ginnette items, where they will be appreciated for the link to the past that they are.
