We are offering another sweet little early Vogue strung Ginny doll Crib Crowd from the early 1950's.   She is one of Ginny's baby sisters wearing a sweet Vogue dress with smocked detailing and matching fat panties.  She also doesn't want to leave home without her adorable Vogue sun suit and matching hat; pretty floral print.  You see the sun suits now and then but not often with the matching hat.  She wears a pair of rayon factory socks and original pink tie ribbons that  Vogue referred to as booties as some of the earlier ones wore.   She also wanted to bring a toy with her,  but she found a nice Vogue doll rattle instead that is included too and nice for display.
This cutie is hard plastic, marked on her back Vogue doll, cute original curved baby legs with molded creases and folds in the making; just like a baby might have.  Her eyes do need assistance to open and close which is common for these early dolls.   She has negligible cheek coloring as some of the early dolls had, barely there, nice  visible light brows and lashes of the early dolls.  She has no obvious cracks, no repairs other than re-stringing.  Her lush lambs wool original factory applied wig is full and is a light blonde/reddish (some photos may make it more strawberry blonde than in person; it is more light blonde).  Color is sort of mixed and is the wavy softer early wig so no tight curls.  In person it looks nicer than some of our pictures may have captured.  No bald spots and lots of fluff.
She comes with her two outfits both factory vintage original early 1950's Vogue, guaranteed, untagged.  Includes the pink smocked little dress that is similar to the Pinky dress style made in 1949 except that
this dress
seems as though it is really sized for the CC doll and is shorter than a typical Ginny dress.  We have seen over the years a few crib crowd dolls in this same dress and short, just right fit, but to our knowledge there is no documentation relating it specifically to a crib crowd named doll.  The matching panties have little lace type trimmed legs that appear to match the trim on the dress, elastic in panties at waist and legs is excellent so no bagging or sagging.  She will also come with the floral sun suit and hat; so pretty and untagged but a vintage Vogue Ginny outfit that was made and used in various trunk sets.  It fits this sweet doll perfectly and is a nice little extra outfit for those play days; a complete little outfit including the original hat.
