I'm listing the 5 bags of 100 as New "open box" because these originally came in a box of 1000.  200 of them are in original bags and 300 of them were counted and sealed in bags of 100 MANY years ago.
The length of these spacers is very unique (.437").  I did quite a bit of searching and cannot find these particular threaded spacers even listed by the big "surplus" distributors of passive components.
They have been stored away for many, many years in a dry smoke free environment.
If you're a hobbyist, or you refurbish antique electronics (juke boxes, trains, radios, etc.) you may want to add these original unique threaded spacers to your inventory.
I happen to have a very old HH Smith catalog from 1978 which is where the specs are coming from. I have a 1987 catalog also, but this part number is not listed. I'm assuming because the .437" L is an odd length.
